My Journey

For a long time, I didn't really know who I was. I knew how to be what other people needed me to be. I knew how to keep the peace, say yes when I wanted to say no, put other people's feelings before my own and make myself smaller when I felt like I was taking up too much space. From the outside, I could look like I had it all together. But underneath it, I was anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from myself and constantly questioning whether I was enough. I spent years living from survival mode rather than truly living. Eventually, I reached a point where I couldn't keep abandoning myself just to make everyone else comfortable. Something had to change.

My own journey has taken me through places I never expected to go. I've experienced trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing and the feeling of being completely disconnected from the woman I knew I was capable of becoming. I used alcohol as a way of coping and escaping parts of myself I didn't know how to face, until one day, I chose myself. On 23 June 2023, I made the decision to stop drinking. Sobriety wasn't simply about removing alcohol from my life. It became the beginning of something much bigger. It gave me the opportunity to actually meet myself, to feel what I had spent years trying not to feel, to question the beliefs I had carried for years and to understand why I responded to life the way I did. Slowly, I began rebuilding the relationship I had with myself. It wasn't an overnight transformation. There were uncomfortable truths, difficult emotions, setbacks, healing, growth and a lot of inner work. But somewhere along the way, I stopped trying to become someone else and started becoming more of me.

That's why I do what I do now. I work with women who feel lost, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or disconnected from themselves. Women who are tired of people-pleasing, tired of second-guessing every decision, tired of constantly worrying about what everyone else thinks and tired of carrying expectations that were never theirs to carry. Women who know, deep down, that they're meant for more but don't know how to get there. Because I've been that woman. I know what it's like to have a life that looks fine on the outside while feeling completely different on the inside. I know what it's like to lose confidence in your own decisions, to question your worth and to finally decide that you don't want to live that way anymore.

My coaching is built on professional training, lived experience and a deep belief that people are capable of creating real, lasting change. I don't coach from theory alone. I coach from having walked through my own process of rebuilding, from learning to trust myself again, from choosing sobriety, from confronting the parts of myself I had spent years avoiding, from learning boundaries, rebuilding confidence and understanding that healing isn't about becoming a perfect version of yourself. It's about becoming more connected to who you actually are.

That's what I want for the women I work with. Not another quick fix. Not another promise that you'll wake up tomorrow and suddenly feel confident. And not a version of confidence that requires you to pretend you're never anxious or afraid. I want you to understand yourself, trust yourself, recognise your patterns, challenge the beliefs that keep you stuck, create boundaries that protect your peace, stop abandoning yourself and build a relationship with yourself that feels safe, strong and honest.

Whether you're rebuilding your confidence, healing from your past, navigating sobriety, strengthening your boundaries or simply trying to find yourself again, you don't have to figure it all out alone. My role isn't to fix you, because you were never broken. My role is to walk beside you, challenge you when you need challenging, support you when life feels heavy, hold space for the parts of you that you're still learning to understand and remind you of the woman underneath all the self-doubt, fear and expectations you've been carrying. The woman who has always been there. The woman who knows what she wants. The woman who trusts herself. The woman who doesn't need permission to take up space. The woman who knows her worth.

I believe confidence isn't something you either have or don't have. It's something you build. Self-trust is something you rebuild. And the life you want isn't something reserved for a different version of you. You don't need to become someone else. You need to come home to yourself.

So if you're tired of surviving, tired of shrinking yourself and tired of letting anxiety make your decisions for you, perhaps this is your moment to choose something different. Your story isn't over. You can rebuild. You can change. You can trust yourself again. You can create a life that feels like your own. And if you're ready to begin that journey, I'd be honoured to walk beside you.
