REBECCA WHITE REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to digital products, downloadable content, coaching services and graphic design services, including packages advertised on my website.

Please read all relevant product descriptions, package details and terms before purchasing.

1. Digital products. All sales are final

All digital product sales are final once supply begins, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you will lose your 14 day cancellation right. No refunds or exchanges will be offered simply because you change your mind.

This applies to ebooks, guides, workbooks, templates and other downloadable content.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, misdescribed or does not meet applicable legal requirements.

2. Coaching services and sessions

Coaching requires time, preparation and reserved availability. Cancellation, rescheduling and any applicable charges will follow the terms agreed before booking.

Results are personal and depend on individual commitment, effort and circumstances. A particular outcome is not guaranteed. This does not affect your rights concerning the standard of service provided.

3. Graphic design services and packages

If you cancel after design work has begun, you must pay for the time spent and images or designs already created, at the rates agreed before booking, subject to your statutory rights.

Cancelling does not remove your obligation to pay for work properly completed. Charges will not count the same work twice where time is already included in image or design fees and will not exceed the agreed project price.

Payments already made will be credited against the total. Any outstanding balance will be invoiced, and any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded.

This applies to individual design projects and design packages purchased through my website or agreed directly with me. Ongoing packages are also subject to the cancellation notice and minimum term agreed before booking.

4. Watermarks and design usage

Cancellation does not grant permission to use unpaid or unreleased designs.

You must not remove, hide, crop out or alter watermarks without my written permission. This includes using AI tools, editing apps, websites that remove watermarks or asking another person to remove them.

Unwatermarked files will only be supplied once the agreed payment and release conditions have been met.

5. Statutory cancellation rights

Where applicable, consumers booking services online or at a distance generally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel.

If you expressly request services to begin during this period and then cancel, you may be charged proportionately for services provided.

Your cancellation right ends after full completion only where you have expressly consented to early performance and acknowledged that the right will be lost on completion.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed products or services not provided with reasonable care and skill.

6. Problems with your purchase

If you experience difficulties accessing a digital product or believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me using the contact details on my website.

I will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Where a refund is due, it will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe.
