NO WITHOUT GUILT
Happening January 2027
A Two hour group coaching experience for women ready to stop saying yes when they really mean no.
How many times have you said yes when everything inside you was screaming no?
Yes, I'll do it.
Yes, that's fine.
Yes, I can help.
Yes, I'll come.
Yes, don't worry about me.
Then afterwards...
You feel resentful.
You feel anxious.
You wish you'd said no.
You wonder why you keep doing this.
It's time to change the pattern.
This 2-hour live coaching experience is about understanding why saying no feels so difficult and learning how to honour what you actually want without being consumed by guilt, anxiety or the fear of disappointing someone.
Inside our 2 hours
PART 1 — Why is your yes actually a no?
We'll uncover what's happening underneath your automatic yes.
We'll explore people-pleasing, anxiety, fear of disappointing others, approval seeking and the stories you've created around what happens when you say no.
PART 2 — The guilt
Why can saying no feel so uncomfortable even when you know it's the right decision for you?
We'll work through the guilt, overthinking and anxiety that can appear when you put yourself first.
You'll learn the difference between feeling guilty and actually doing something wrong.
PART 3 — Your boundaries
We'll look at where you're currently saying yes when you want to say no.
You'll identify the situations, people and patterns where you most often abandon what you need to keep someone else happy.
PART 4 — Saying no in real life
This is where we get practical.
We'll work through real-life examples and create simple responses you can actually use.
No huge explanations.
No apologising for existing.
No writing an essay to justify your decision.
Just clear, confident communication.
PART 5 — Trusting yourself
We'll finish by bringing it back to the bigger picture.
Because this isn't really about becoming better at saying no.
It's about becoming better at trusting yourself.
Being able to pause.
Ask yourself:
“Do I actually want to do this?”
And then having the confidence to honour your answer.
You'll leave with:
• A better understanding of your people-pleasing patterns
• Clarity around where you're saying yes when you mean no
• Practical tools for handling guilt
• Boundary-setting strategies
• Simple phrases you can use in real situations
• A stronger connection to your own needs
• And most importantly, a reminder that your no doesn't need to be justified
